1. How can find a log in or create account on your store?
Visit Our Website www.setluxe.com find the "Account" or "Sign In" Section https://www.setluxe.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount this is usually located at the top right corner of the webpage. Click on "Sign In" and enter your registered email address and password.Once you've entered the correct information, you should have access to your account dashboard.
For new customers (Create Your Account) locate the "Create Your Account" section click on "Create Your Account" and fill in the required information. This typically includes your name, email address, and a secure password. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process. You might need to verify your email address for security purposes. Once registered, return to the "Sign In" section and enter your email and password to access your newly created account.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days in the EU (excluding weekends and holidays) and an average of 5-12 business days worldwide. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
3. What are the shipping rates?
For calculated shipping rates, the charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping, we offer an average of €25 for shipping within the EU. International shipping is available for an average of €35 to select countries.
4. Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the respective carrier's website.
5. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
6. How do I initiate a return?

7. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info.setluxe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Can I return sale items or gift cards?
No, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
